Bath & North East Somerset Business Census 2007

Thanks to all those who have completed the Bath & North East Somerset Business Census. Through the Census the Council is aiming to develop its understanding of local businesses and their requirements, both now and in the future to inform future initiatives and service provision. The result of this census are being compiled into a summary profile for the area and business rquirements analysis. This will be available Autumn 07 via this website.

Welcome to Business Matters in Bath and North East Somerset

This is a business information site provided by Bath and North East Somerset Council in collaboration with key local partners. The purpose of the site is to publish information and signpost you to organisations within the region who can help you with a range of business issues. We hope that it will be of use whether you are starting or already managing a business, or indeed looking to relocate to the area. Any feedback is most welcome.

A Location for Business

This provides information on Bath and North East Somerset as a business location. It provides a description of the main geographical areas, together with key facts and information on local projects and important business sectors.

Business Support Services

This provides information on the business support services provided by local organisations on the important issues facing your business. It also provides economic intellgience details relating to the district. If you are looking to move premises or relocate to the area, it provides information on commercial properties for sale or rent in Bath and North East Somerset.

Business to Business Services

This is a business-to-business section, providing information on using the facilities and companies within Bath and North East Somerset. It includes access to a new online business directory.

Local Business Organisations

This section lists and describes the services and functions of local business support organsiations, including the Council, Business Link branch, Federation of Small Business and local Chambers of Commerce in Bath and North East Somerset.
